Four Fs to Losing Four Fast Pounds- Update

Marjie, you're an inspiration! I'm eating my healthy carrot sticks, hummus and apples even as I type this. But seriously, ONE hot dog per year? I am willing to eat hot dogs and chocolate in moderation, but give them up almost completely? I, for one, do not have that kind of willpower or desire. Keep up the great work! I might try to quietly keep up with you because I don't have the guts to blog about it yet.

Meg, Keep up the good work, I'm glad you're on the same journey. I'm finding it much easier to focus on eating the right things than counting calories, points, etc. As for hot dogs and dessert, I'm taking that one day at a time - and avoiding Wrigley Stadium!
